Taking a creative and innovative approach to planning, Luis is focused on applying urban design methods to land planning and development efforts. Experience working for both private and public entities has given him a broad range of experience in development review, crafting urban plans, working with stakeholders, producing graphics of various types and mapping. He has over 6 years’ working as both a planner and urban designer in different areas of the country. The experience he brings to the Kendig Keast Team is the ability to be an integral part of the planning process while also building urban design and mapping solutions that feature intuitive analytics and multi-dimensional graphics in 2 and 3D.
