Kelli brings over fifteen years of professional planning and zoning experience at the city and county levels to KKC. She not only holds extensive knowledge in land use and annexation, but also understands the importance of having a development code that is useful and easy to facilitate. Her work on comprehensive plans and zoning ordinances has spanned her career allowing her to excel at understanding the critical balance between fast paced growth and community vibrancy. Kelli’s additional experience as an adjunct professor of real estate development has focused on site planning, entitlements, and government relations. This experience, as well as her local government background, gives her the ability to convey often abstract concepts in an engaging and interactive way. She is also actively involved in APA, presenting at a variety of national, state, and local conferences.
