Kendig Keast Collaborative is routinely retained to provide a suite of municipal, or “on-call”, planning services for local governments which may not possess the requisite in-house staff planning or regulatory oversight capabilities to administer an influx of development activity and/or a recently adopted set of land development, subdivision, or zoning regulations.
On-call planning services may include the following:
- GIS / mapping services;
- maintenance and official recording of entire City GIS Zoning Map via enCodePlus™ and Geodatabase files;
- pre-development consultation / review meetings;
- site plan review;
- preparation of a “development guidebook” based on local subdivision and other ordinances;
- preparation of meeting agendas, staff reports, public notices;
- establishment of rules of procedures for new commissions and/or zoning boards of adjustment;
- meeting attendance and expert testimony;
- financial recording and maintenance of financial database for all developer escrow projects;
- site visits to review properties for all rezoning and conditional use applications;
