Communication Design Associate

Sharon is a multi-faceted graphic design and software specialist. Sharon is vital in the creation of branding and visual layout for comprehensive plans, special-area and special-purpose master plans, zoning and land development regulations, reports, presentations, and collateral material. In addition to print layout and design work, she coordinates with other staff for design work across various digital media and platforms. With her knowledge of web-based languages (i.e. HTML, CSS), she is also responsible for designing and customizing city web templates, illustrations, complex tables, and information on the client sites for enCodePlus™, the product of enCodePlus, LLC, a KKC-affiliated company focused on online presentation and publishing of land development regulations. Sharon, by nature, is a gifted teacher and a clever problem-solver. These traits serve her well in technical sessions with enCodePlus™ clients, as well as in collaborating with planning staff for creative solutions to communicate concepts in plans and code. Sharon has a B.F.A. in Communication Design from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX.
