least graduated from high school and 23.6 percent held a bachelor’s degree or higher. This is the highest in the
region by over 4 percent to the next highest County and nearly 15 percent higher than that of the lowest. This
may be due to the higher proportion of jobs in Florence County in industries that require an advanced degree.
