Specific Plan for Area A
This Specific Plan guides long-range development of Area A,
which is located on the northeastern side of Healdsburg. Area
A is bound by Healdsburg Avenue to the west, the Saggio Hills
southern boundary to the north, the City boundaries to the east
and property lines just north of Pheasant Drive to the south.

This Specific Plan provides the framework for future land uses
and guides the form of future development throughout Area
A. It focuses on a variety of components including land use,
housing, open space, circulation, public facilities, urban design,
implementation and the financial aspect of planning for the
necessary infrastructure for development in Area A. The Specific
Plan includes a variety of design guidelines and standards that
should be followed in Area A. If more information about design
topics not covered in this Plan is desired, refer to this design
guidelines document for guidance.
