Parking Pedestrian Connections
A pedestrian connection from a building to the street should be
provided to establish a visual and physical connection with the
street. This typically leads to a front porch or stoop.

order to create an engaging and pedestrian-friendly character. In
most settings, a porch helps to make this connection. Figure 5.4

provides further recommendations for building entry locations and
their character.
