By the 1950s, nearly all significant land development activity in Littleton still had occurred only east of the South Platte River. Improved streets and associated residential subdivisions are now visible in the vicinity of Broadway and as far south as
Ridge Road, near Gallup Street. The present-day street pattern is also beginning to emerge around the eventual Ketring Park.
