5.3 Bus Circulation
Bus access is provided along 5th, Minnesota and
Cedar streets, with the highest bus frequency
along 5th Street. Pedestrian access to bus
shelters and stops should be integrated into the
design of the new development, and access to
bus transit should be prioritized for pedestrians
moving in and around the block.
