          • Overall comment: Too big overall and too wide; Would be better if  there was no connector and if  this was an ADU,
            and if  the one-story portion was removed
          • More transparent connector is a maybe - it doesn’t make the connector and addition more appropriate
          • Side addition is too wide - projects too far beyond the wall plane of the historic building
