• Overall comment: This is addition is very similar to Scenario 2, just with a separate garage; also inappropriate
• Alley access to this garage is preferred, but the tire tracks are better than a fully paved driveway
• The garage sticks out behind addition and interrupts the wall plane, although its distance from the front of the
site makes it better
