9.1 Protect and enhance the viewshed along scenic
highways, roads and streets, as noted in the
Healdsburg General Plan.
a. Avoid the placement of a new building or architectural
feature on a new building that obscures the line of sight
and viewshed of a specified vehicular path.
b. Avoid the use of landscape materials that obscure the
line of site and viewshed on properties that border a

9.2 Utilize appropriate landscaping materials along the
specified corridors.
a. Avoid incorporating landscaping materials that have not
been identified as appropriate by the City Arborist and/
or that obstruct the viewshed.
