Arapahoe Community College
Envision Littleton was guided by the Joint Leadership of City Council
and the Planning Commission. Each of the four beginning phases of artSPARK
Envision Littleton required the joint leadership to determine possible Aspen Grove
scenarios, incorporate the input of the community, and determine Bemis Library
the next steps for the plan. City council members, as the elected Breckenridge Brewery
representatives of the city, offered their combined experience with
policy on a myriad of issues, understanding of the city budget, and the Buck Recreation Center
input they receive from the community at-large as well as local and City of Littleton Boards & Commissions
regional stakeholders. Planning commission members offered their Colorado Center for the Blind
shared expertise for reviewing and making recommendations on major Community Housing Development Association
land-use recommendations for adoption by city council.
DIRT Coffee
Both the community and Joint Leadership were supported by the Doctor’s Care
project management and technical team. This team consisted of City of First Presbyterian Church of Littleton
Littleton staff and the consultant teams of Kendig Keast Collaborative
and HDR. Friends of the Museum & Library

The roles and responsibilities of the team included:

Littleton Rotary
The Envision Littleton Community Coordination Committee (CCC) Littleton United Methodist Church
was appointed by Mayor Brinkman in 2019 to assist the project
management and technical team with developing meaningful Littleton YMCA
engagement activities and tools to help make Envision Littleton more LPS Foundation
accessible to the community at large. The CCC met five times during National Night Out Hosts
2019 and provided significant feedback to help guide the plans towards South Metro Chamber of Commerce
greater community input by serving as communication liaisons for the
project to residents, businesses, and key stakeholders in the City of South Metro Denver REALTORS Association

The unifying vision and guiding principles provided by the community
are now being incorporated into every department at the City. The St James Presbyterian Church
unifying vision sets the foundation for how joint leadership will approach St. Mary’s Catholic Parish
and develop the comprehensive and transportation master plans. In Sunshine Community Group
many ways these combined plans will evolve the way we do business Town Hall Arts Center
as a city and ultimately define our aspirations for the future. We will
work closely with each department in the city to re-imagine their Tri-County Health
goals, deliverables, and collaborations. Each of the city departments Vida Apartments
represent a unique perspective and collaboration so we don’t want to Western Welcome Week
move forward without including their input during each phase.
