Historic wall materials should be repaired and preserved wherever
possible. If the material is damaged, then limited replacement,
which matches the original, should be considered. These

A building generally presents four elevations. These often are
key character-defining elements of a property, but the degree
of significance may vary from wall to wall. The front is the most
important aspect of a building, but the Heritage Preservation
Commission has purview over all exterior surfaces of a property.

                                              should be preserved.
