• Partner with organizations throughout Brookings that are host-
ing events to which a preservation aspect can be added. This will
help reach new audiences while being cognizant of the time and
availability of BHPC members’ time.
• Partner with tradespeople that can work on historic buildings,
such as tuckpointers, to schedule a week or two in Brookings to
work on a number of buildings. Property owners could sign up
for a time slot ahead of time so the tradesperson knows exactly
how long he/she will be working in town.
