Housing and Development Opportunities

Shown on the Housing and Development Opportunities Map are areas of central Grenada County where new
residential development could occur as delineated in yellow on the map. Some of these "Primarily Residential"
areas are inside the current Grenada city limits, others are just outside and adjacent to the City's incorporated
boundary, and others are somewhat removed from the existing city limits. The numbers within each yellow-
delineated area indicate a potential sequencing of development over time, in which areas with a "1" designation
are relatively close to existing developed areas that already have public infrastructure and services.
