HOW IS THE 50% MARK MEASURED?
The 50% mark is measured from the building front along the side walls of the building. On a corner lot, there are
two 50% marks.

WHAT AREAS ARE REVIEWABLE?
Once the 50% mark is determined for the building, the reviewable area is the area between the building front and
the 50% mark. Architectural components that fall within this area are subject to HARB review.
