o The timeframes for implementing strategic actions in the Plan should be re-evaluated where
necessary. Some actions may emerge as a higher priority given new or changed circumstances while
others may become less important to achieving the goals and development objectives of the
community.
o Some task assignments may need to be adjusted to ensure timely accomplishment of the Plan’s action
strategies, especially where organizational or other factors have delayed action or real progress.
o Changes in laws or other circumstances at the state and/or federal government levels may affect the
community’s ability to pursue its priorities and achieve its goals, potentially requiring Plan
adjustments.
