BASE YEAR DATA

The table below summarizes estimates of the base year population, housing units, employment,
nonresidential space, and facility factors. These estimated values serve as the basis for the Fiscal
Impact Analysis (“FIA”) and are used to determine the cost and revenue factors used in the analysis.
